The Impavid Herd



Laws

  • The herd uses Veleno rank system. As such, slavery is not allowed, and adults will be asked to take foals as apprentices.
  • A member of the herd may worship any god, gods, spirits, ancestors, or so forth of his or her choice. Priests and Priestesses of any religion may join, preach, perform rites and sevices in this herd.
  • The herd accepts members of all breeds and any mixes thereof.
  • A member may have whatever proffession they are capable of having, regardless of gender or breed
  • Crimes such as rape, attack, and murder will be punished as the Chieftain sees fit, provided the crime can proven to a selection of members of the herd (a jury)
  • The Chieftain may make new laws only with the agreement of the majority of the herd.
  • A unicorn outside the herd who commits one of the crimes mentioned above against a member of the herd will be sought out and captured or battled, and whatever sentance the chieftain chooses will be carried out. If the criminal belongs to another herd, their actions will be reported to the herd leader, who will hopefully administer punishment him or herself. What happens if they don't may vary.
  • A member of this herd may mate with whomever he or she wishes, even outsiders.
    It is not required that the Chieftain approve; however, he is to be told of the relationship officially.
  • A unicorn who is not of the herd may visit the herdland if guarded by warriors from the herd, or accompanied by a member of the herd at all times
